T-Mobile — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I went into the Patchogue, NY t-mobile store on Main Street in the village of Patchogue store number 3SRJ. I was assisted by Alison Briecke who was such an amazing member of the T-Mobile team! She really is knowledgeable of her job and was very patient with me. She honestly gave me peace of mind by thoroughly going through my account and history as I have been having ongoing issues since the merge from Sprint to T-Mobile for over a year. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile customer care monthly for almost a year and nothing was right or fixed correctly! Alison was able to find out the issues I have been having and fix all of my concerns all while being so pleasant to be around which made the experience that much more at ease as I have been frustrated for a some time now. Not only did she help me with this she also assisted me with going through my bill and helping my phone run faster without even asking! She really took initiative to assist me with making sure I was at peace leaving the store. If you ever need a T-Mobile team member she is to go to person!...

Salesperson David took great care of me and my family. We switched over several lines to sprint and with his help, saved hundreds of dollars. He gave us free water, and set up everything so we lost no personal information. Overall a phenomenal experience. I will refer all of my friends and family so that they can receive the same great treatment i received from David. There were no hidden charges, no dishonesty, just a clear and concise, albeit very easy sale. We left with new phones, cases, headphones and a lot more, and still saved money. I am still ecstatic over it! Thank you David and thank you to everyone at the corporate sprint store...

I came to this specific store to switch my business over to Sprint after seeing how wonderfully the associates at this location treated my family. My sister and mother had the pleasure of working with Cara and Raul - and I was lucky enough to work with Cara (again!) and Marc. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal! I was able to see other employees' interactions with fellow customers during my time in the shop and they were all just as helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this store not only for Sprint services, but for the experience you'll get as a customer of these caring...
