Best thing about this place is the customer service! Greeted as soon as you walk in, employees nice & helpful from the associates to the management. They carry name brands, but also a good clearance section & prices if you're looking for a bargain. Open fitting rooms, which is great since some stores have theirs still closed. And a free Rewards program that gives you $ back the more you spend (just leave your email, not a credit card). Would recommend...

Cute clothes but as I was crouching down to get a necklace, I heard the employees start laughing at me. I turned around, saw them looking at me, and heard them say something about how I was crouching down weird and my shirt. Got anxious, bought my shirt and jewelry, and left. Overall not a good experience, which is unfortunate because they have great stuff. You’d think a business your giving your money too would treat you better...

New favorite clothing store!! My Daughter and I just came home from the Smith haven mall and spent the majority of our time at Tillys. We were helped by Jill who is the nicest, and sweetest employee we've ever met in retail. She helped us pick out clothes that would fit my daughter well and looked awesome.
