We ordered tuxedos for my son's wedding. I love Men's Warehouse clothing and have shopped here a few times before. I called a few weeks after my boys had all been fitted to confirm the rest of the wedding party had been as well and to pick bow tie and vest colors. I then proceeded to stop in to reconfirm everything. They had the groom in the wrong color so I changed that and picked the groomsmen vests and bow ties. Glad I stopped in. We were told everything would be able to be picked up two to three days before the wedding. Two days before the wedding the tuxes were not in for most of the party. There was an issue with the delivery truck and most of their tuxes were delayed for a day. This meant that several of the guys now had to take time off work to pick up their tuxes. A few if them were compensated with a discount for the inconvenience. However, a few of the pants on the guys were way too small. These were not ordered too far in advance that any of them would have gained that much wait. Due to the delay in delivery, they could not get them reordered and picked up to get the correct size, so they squeezed into them. Also, the color of the vests were wrong. I would give 5 stars if we had no issues, as the tux quality was very nice. I won have given one star if the manager was not so accommodating. He gave discounts and took the time to not only listen, but actually hear and acknowledge our frustration. He assured us that this has only happened one other time (delivery being late) in 15 years.    Read moreI don't normally leave reviews for places but this place just rubbed me wrong way. I have my grandfathers funeral coming up and I need a suit because Iâm a pallbearer. I went in and no one said anything to me and I have never shopped for a suit before so I didn't know how the process went so I just started looking around at the suits. I saw a man talking to another couple that weâre trying on suits and I figured I had to wait for him to assist me so I waited. The two cashiers were in their phones talking to one another and didnât even look over at me. And then out of no where another man approached me and asked if I needed help. I said âyeah I have a funeral Iâm attending and I need a suitâ the first thing that came out of his mouth was âwhenâs the funeralâ not âoh Iâm sorry for your loss, can you tell me when the funeral is?â Just âwhenâs the funeralâ and it was the tone this man had, he did not care at all he was just trying to make commission. He rushed over to a rack without even saying anything at all just walked away from me. And then told me âtake your jacket offâ no please or thank you. This man made me feel terrible, as if I was inconveniencing him, even though Iâm preparing to burry my grandfather. Long story short nothing in the store fit me and he told me to try other places....

I was interested in them as a potential vendor for my wedding and groomsmen. I checked out a look online, saved it and booked an appointment in advance to help out their team.
Upon arrival the store was clearly in disarray and they told me to wait 10 minutes. Not a deal breaker as I'm understanding. The service was bare minimum as it felt very transactional and they didn't even congratulate me on my upcoming event or try and connect. They did not have the outfit I had preselected online even for full try on, and the overall environment was completely disinterested.
During my appointment two separate guys had to come in for fixes to their rentals or try and receive refunds which took a long time for the staff to address or even seem bothered by. One of the men simply left to return another day as he was tired of waiting after 20 minutes. Additionally two other customers came in, were not helped at all and left.
Not a good look at all for your special day. I promptly thanked the person helping me for their time and that I'd be going with a different vendor. If you want a bare minimum experience this is the place to be.
