White House Black Market — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

I have had the worst experience in ordering online have tried to order a top for the last 2 months and although it shows available to order I qet an email in the next day it’s cancelled on calling service desk I was told it’s not available If product is not available to order why is it on the website for the last 2 months This is the most ludicrous explanation They should stop online orders or atleast those not available to ship should be taken off and not confuse and irritate customers I have never seen any company behave this way

Whom asked me to call to resolve the issue I called customer service and the answer is still the same they cannot accept on phone as they are not aware about inventory although website shows I can order size small but the company says they do not have it So all the talk about calling and resolving the issue is really not true Totally...

I’ve been a regular shopper at one of your Los Angeles locations and always appreciated the fantastic service. The associates greeted me by name and shared genuine excitement about new styles (even the ones they wore themselves).

My first visit to this location in the Galleria Mall was a complete departure from that standard. The associate was literally wearing yoga pants and a T-shirt. My most recent visit last week, one associate had her FOOT resting on the counter, playing on her phone, while the other ignored me altogether.

This is an embarrassment to your brand. I hope you consider hiring self respecting staff who actually care...

I popped in today trying to find a black dress for a funeral. I was greeted by Natasha, who asked me what I was looking for and sprung into action. She grabbed a few pieces for me and set up a dressing room. After going to several other stores and finding nothing worthwhile, I’m so grateful I stopped in. The woman working the fitting room (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful, and the dress I picked was even on major sale (I totally would have paid full price because the quality was outstanding).
