If I could give 0 stars I would! We had a very negative with the company as well as the staff! In the beginning when trying to get the 2 groomsmen suits, they were not helpful and could not answer any questions that I had. I had to call a mens warehouse at ANOTHER location to get the information I needed. When my groomsmen went to pick up their suits everything was ordered incorrectly. They stated they would order what was needed for the wedding day, and after triple checking with them, only one of theirs had been ordered. My fiancés father, who was walking her down the aisle, also didn’t have a single item that fit him when picking his suit up. We had to return them and go find another outfit the day of the wedding. Both instances they would not try to come up with a solution to fix their own mistakes. They acted as if it was no big deal and that the men in my wedding just needed to wear the wrong items that were ordered.
For a company that is used for many weddings, I would tell everybody to stay away from mens warehouse! The Cicero location doesn’t care about their customers and was very unapologetic when it came to their mistakes.

Read moreMy experience with the Cicero store was a complete mess and ended with an unprofessional result. The groom in my party canceled the order in plenty of time before there was a 2 week cutoff. He was informed that everyone in the party would also have their order canceled. If we payed by credit card it would be refunded automatically and if we used a debit card you would have to cancel in the store. I paid by credit card so I thought easy enough but when I checked my statements nothing was refunded. This was already a tough time for my family and I with the wedding being canceled so soon to the date. When I called and mentioned there was no money credited back to my account the store had no understanding and wouldn’t refund my money. When I asked if there was anything we could do I got a hard and simple no. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend any wedding party getting their attire from this location, completely unprofessional and not sympathetic. Read moreI'll be honest, my experience was a bit mixed... I was optimistic heading in there, got a nice new suit for a major occasion... but there were moments during and after that gave me pause. To start, I was told about a very limited time window that a tailor would be available to alter my purchase. I arrive during that specific window to be told that hey, the tailor's not available, but no big deal we'll just go ahead and measure you. (This coming from the same people who told me last time I was there that they couldn't measure me, that I should wait for the tailor.) And then yeah, I get my suit, I have a great event, but then I get home and I wash my very expensive dress pants in my washing machine... and they get ruined. Can't wear them again. They're mangled and very shrunk. At no point during my process was I warned that they were dry-clean only or anything. So, end of the day I have a new suit jacket that I'm concerned wasn't tailored as well as it could have been, my pants are gone, and I have a new button-down shirt for the occasion that requires it.
