FRAUDELENT - This store is the worst ATT store I have ever been to and the only one in East Hampton. I have always had a feature, called NextUp which is an extra $6 monthly, you can upgrade in a year and 1/2 . When I went into the store today, I was told I wasn't signed up for it, a very very rude man working there, spoke down to me, said he couldn't help me and the person who botched my order, was no longer working there, and to basically leave the store, call Apple, he didn't care, buy a new phone, etc. I'm no longer on the plan, it was the employee's fault who sold me a defective iPhone. I had to exchange it and he didn't add the plan back on through carelessness. ATT found this out after being on the phone for an hour. So now stuck with this phone, for another year and 1/2, which is 2005. I have used this store for at least 10 years.
