On opening day, despite being busy ensuring everything was running smoothly, Maria took the time to welcome us warmly. She introduced us to Nicole, who gave us a grand tour and showcased their exquisite Rolex collection. Maria checked in often to ensure we were enjoying the ultimate Rolex experience. I was especially impressed by her deep knowledge of every timepiece that caught my interest.

Amid the excitement of the grand opening, owners Marc and Candy made a point to personally connect with every guest, including my wife and me. Marc even helped me select an extraordinary timepiece, which will commemorate my 35th wedding anniversary and my visit on opening day !

Watching the staff care for each guest was like witnessing a perfectly orchestrated symphony—flawless and elegant.
