If you're looking for 5-star treatment, London Jewelers is the way to go! I cannot rave enough about their service and how well they treated my wife and I throughout the entire process. To say it was just a purchase does not do it justice, it was an experience! Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely engaged and welcoming.

We stopped by over the weekend to browse a few watches I was deciding between. We were paired with Sierra S, who was FANTASTIC (highly recommended). She walked us to the bar, made sure we were comfortable, and then brought over each item to try on and compare as I was deciding between two models. We settled on the favorite, which, to my surprise, ended up being available- all thanks to Sierra and her incredible manager, who made it happen!

This was only the third or fourth time I had frequented the store, and I can tell you, it felt like I had shopped there forever; everyone made us feel at home, and at no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable.

Over the summer, I visited London Jewelers and was truly amazed. The beautiful setting, filled with stunning pieces, immediately caught my eye. But what stood out most was the exceptional customer service. While browsing watches, I was quickly offered refreshments and encouraged to try on multiple pieces.

As a younger customer, I didn’t expect to be treated with such kindness and respect, but Layla Bennett changed that. She is the reason I would recommend this store again and again. Throughout the entire process of purchasing my watch, Layla was patient, transparent, and incredibly friendly. Her diligence and outstanding communication skills made the experience seamless and exciting.

We had the most AMAZING and WONDERFUL. experience. They, particularly Mark Davis was warm, genuine and incredibly helpful. Whilst we may not have been shopping for a $100,000 yellow Diamond, Mark Davis treated us like GOLD. We only needed a watch battery and some cigars. Yet…….. we were attended too in the friendliest mannerism. The care and attention of my 84 year old mother in law’s watch was second to none.
