My BMW stalled on a nearby highway and I took it to them after seeing the 5* reviews. Little did I expect to have the worst service experience ever. Kepy my car for 3 days and could not diagnose the problem and yet wanted to charge me $240 for diagnostics. I had to argue with him to negotiate it down to $150 and take it to the BMW dealer in Westchester. He challenged me saying it would cost more than thrice as much and I got the diagnostics done at BMW for just $200. To add to it, I was missing some items I had left in the trunk after my vehicle stalled and only realized it after I took it to the BMW dealer when I did the walk around and noticed the items in my trunk missing.
