Maple Corner Deli — Restaurant in Town of Eastchester

I have a complaint. I've been coming to this deli for years. I began when I started working at a nearby school. My experience has always been generally positive except for today. This morning I came and ordered a sandwich. I asked for the eggs to be scrambled. The cook didn't scramble them. When I noticed, the eggs were already cooking so I let it go but simply asked him to fry them well. When I asked, his response was one of frustration and he was dismissive. I let that go because I didn't have time to leave and go to another deli. As I was checking out I asked if there was a "chicken empanada". The cashier went back to ask and returned with an empanada in a bag that I assumed was chicken. I paid and left. When I opened my ordered my eggs weren't fried well at all and the empanada was beef.
