Vape N Smoke — Local services in Town of Fishkill

Other than a few days worth of Internet research I am completely new to the world of vaping. After calling multiple vape shops in my area I decided to go check out Vape N Smoke (VNS) in person. A friend had been there and recommended it, then after asking Dom some questions on the phone (he was by far the most helpful of all the shop workers I spoke with today) I felt like VNS had the best selection of inventory for what I was looking for and Dom was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer the questions of a noob. Upon entering the shop I noticed it was very clean, well organized and just Packed with ALL types of smoking supplies. The music playing was not my style but it was upbeat and at a comfortable level, not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. The 2 employees were busy helping other customers but were sure to acknowledge that they had seen me and would help when they could. When Dom was available I told him I had called earlier and he remembered what pods I had asked about and retrieved them quickly. I started to explain the flavor juice I was looking for and he understood exactly what I was looking for. They didn't have the exact flavor I wanted (I can be picky when I get my mind set on something) but Dom recommended something similar and it is a very enjoyable temporary alternative. After speaking for a few more minutes Dom assured me that they would order the other items I asked about and call me when they arrive. The young lady working with Dom was very quick at ringing me up and explaining their membership and rewards program. They use your phone number but all other information is optional, and none of your info is shared with anyone. I'm sorry to say I was so excited to try out my new goodies that I failed to ask the young lady's name, but like Dom she was friendly and very helpful answering my many questions. As you may have surmised from my review, I will happily be returning to VNS as a repeat...

Really one of the best all around smoke shops I’ve seen in the area or anywhere for that matter. They have a pretty big walk in humidor for cigars which I, unfortunately, have yet to explore due ongoing current events. They have a massive selection of hookah tobacco and hookah accessories. Seriously- some of these shisha flavors and accessories they have I haven’t even seen in online stores. They also have a great selection of hookah pipes ranging from cheaper starter ones to really classy high end Egyptian hookahs. They also have (as a lot of other people have brought up in reviews) have a great selection of CBD and hemp products which I also haven’t really explored yet. I don’t really vape or smoke herbs but they also have a lot of nice looking pipes, smoking accessories, and vaping products. I also have to agree with everyone here that the staff is very friendly and helpful. In addition they seem pretty dedicated to making sure everyone is safe in this difficult time with common sense social distancing and cleaning measures. I went in the other day to grab some things, there were two young girls behind the counter who gave me a nasty look walking in. this made me feel very uncomfortable coming into the shop, this was my first time going here. one looked like she had no idea what was going on fooling around, blowing smoke everywhere. i assume she doesn’t even work there. the other was very unhelpful with answering my questions as well as getting attitude from both girls. I am very upset with how my experience went that day. Although, i had went in yesterday around 2pm and to my surprise it was a very different experience. there was a lovely young couple working, both very helpful with answering my questions and showing different options of products and being very patient with me. very friendly and made the shop have a very safe environment feeling. thank you to the boy and girl who took their time with me and helped me out! hoping to be helping...
