The first time I came here the girl taking care of me was very nice but obviously newer, and I felt a lot of pressure from the needle while donating- like maybe it was crooked? Not the worst, but not great. This time I was excited to have someone who seemed really focused and experienced, and it was going great until someone else came over to rip the needle out of my arm once I was done. It was the end of their day and everyone was clearly ready to leave. I said “ow” (then apologized because god forbid I voice that I’m in pain) and I got a slow, insincere “I’m sorry if I hurt you”. “Ow” means pain, what do you mean “if” you hurt me? That was Friday- my arm hurts for the night. Saturday I can’t push my arm past a 90 degree angle, and picking up my coffee mug is a gamble. It’s now Sunday and I’m still very sore (but up to 120 degrees) and I have big dark purple bruising on both sides of my elbow. My body never reacts this way to donating. Done with this place, going through Red...

This I can forgive because quite a few people were there but the phlebotomists were also creating a disruptive atmosphere (a person who I assume is an old friend walked in and they were all making a ruckus over it… For at least 10-15 minutes straight). To give you an idea of just how loud of a ruckus it was, I was literally not able to focus on the donor questionnaire given to me and needed to put headphones on to block out the noise. I had a positive interaction with Krystal who took my vitals and the donation itself was a smooth one. But overall, Im honestly very unimpressed with the service given to me on this date and I’m not sure if I...
Read moreI went to this location for a plasma donation and the girl blew out my vein. Talk about painful!!! She should have been assisted or not on the floor in the first place. When she asked for help she was given the evil eye by one and yelled at by another. This was all done in front of me and other donors showing how much they care about the work they're doing and the people they're serving. Finially one of the ladies came over and used my second arm to do a whole blood donation. I'm done with this site. Thanks but...
