PacSun — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

Appleton Mall. Wed Aug 27 2:20pm Female and male employees. Couple others but these 2 imparticular She was on video chat/phone proped up on Aloni can...asked for help getting something. Her response was I'll have him do it..hes taller Store was A MESS!!! Again they are on phone. Asked for a fitting room. He got the door too. No words..no please/thank yours. Ect we were polite asked please and said thank you. Left store, realized we misplaced a cell phone somewhere..went back ..both kids were sitting/laying on counter by register! On phones. We asked if the had one turned in..no luck. I politely told them how trashy it looked as employees to be sitting like that on phones. He remarked..YOU LOOK TRASHY! I asked to see his manager he said nope..no one here..asked for a phone number he responded. Look it up! Well i contacted corporate..leaving this here..another lady and daughter left also because of the disrespect! I'm sure this kid will get away with it but that's AWESOME...

Was in the mall yesterday and Pacsun was finally open…. Kind of…people were ducking under the gate to get in went back after going to bath and body and they were CLOSED at like noon with no note for way. I don’t know who’s running this store but they’re not doing right… you’re supposed to actually be open so people can shop 🙄 they had a note last week that they were closed for a “floorset” so you can have 6 people in there putting out new stuff but you can’t spare one of them to ring so you can actually be open. Don’t shop here just go...

Every time i’ve walked into this Pacsun it’s been dirty and messy everywhere. Workers don’t greet you coming in or tell you to have a nice day leaving. They act annoying if you’re waiting for them to check you at the counter and roll their eyes. I lost my wallet in there recently, that had all of my cards and license in it, so I asked if someone had brought it up, or assumed they’d help look and check cameras. All they replied with was they didn’t see it as well as acting annoyed again. This is the worst customer service I...
