Windsor — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

To start with i went here for my birthday outfit a few days ago. It was awful… i used to love this place, but everything runs way way too small. i’m normally a medium/large and i barely fit in a XL there… disappointing. if you’re plus sized this place is not the best. i’m about 5”10 185 pounds. i’d say i’m almost about plus sized and this place was also just so understaffed and crowded. of course with corona it can be understaffed but nothing was in control. i was in there for over an hour trying to find something in my size. after saying screw it i bought a large shirt i didn’t even get to try on due to people hogging dressing rooms forever. i got home tried on my pants were a size xl AND THEY WERE SO TIGHT. they need to adjust their sizes… the top was even worse if you’re anything above a B cup GOODLUCK. and to tie it all together i grabbed a jewelry set and it gave me a RASH. it burns and itches i am only allergic to bees and this jewelry was so cheaply made… take your business to forever 21 instead at this point at this mall. i’ll attach pictures of what the necklaces left on me…curvy girls...

Went in about a month ago with my sister, her friend, and a friend of my own. We waited in line for the fitting rooms and when we got to the front we were met with an employee that let us in.I didn’t get a chance to ask her name and she had no name tag, but she was freakishly tall and lanky. She had damaged bleach blonde hair and incredibly grown out roots, she looked a mess.I asked her if my friend and I could go in the same room because we both had dresses that required help getting on. She told us no which is understandable, I also work retail and understand there’s policies that need to be followed. After I got done changing I waited outside of the room for the rest of my group and I noticed the same employee letting a different group share a fitting room…. It was a mother and daughter so I was understanding until she let in another group. This time it was a group of teenage girls around the same age as my group. I couldn’t help but notice all of the people she let in were caucasian while me and my sister are black. She continued to ignore us for the rest of the time until we got fed...

EXTREMELY poor service at the Appleton, WI location. My mom and I were there recently and all 4 employees did not greet, smile, or acknowledge us. Just very miserable employees/people. I had to return a dress for my mom and the girl at the counter did not say one word, eventually threw the money on the counter. We also asked an employee for a dressing room and the girl gave me the hand and said "I am not working" as she went back and forth from the back to the front. I also read all the comments below and I agree with most of the negative comments. The worst service and employees I've ever come across. I tried to contact the district manager 2 times already and left voicemails wanting to inform her of the poor service I received because I feel a business should always be aware. No response means you don't care about your business and that is unfortunate. I will never return back to any Windsor stores and I will never have anything good to say about this company again. Please provide better customer service training or management for this...
