Against All Odds — Local services in Town of Greece

Spanish male heavy set manager is downright one of the nastiest human beings I’ve ever came across.After my experience and reading other reviews.He yells at customers across the room. Me and my daughter got Starbucks in the mall and had it in a cup . We went in to buy a Ed hardy set , out of nowhere while we are looking at the clothes. He screams no food is allowed in the store!!! Unprofessional and a crappy way to handle actual paying customers. Asking simply if we could leave and or return after finishing our drinks concealed in a Starbucks cup where finished makes more sense. Will not shop here nor recommend anyone to. Spend your money where you’ll be treated well and kindly by actual good natured professional...

Wish I could give half or a quarter of a star. Horrible customer service. Cocky manager dude screaming at customers while they're walking into the store about they're closing soon very very rudely and how he will not take cash. Assuming they closed their drawers and trying to leave earlier when the mall closes at 8. They lost a potential few customers. My family and I looked at TWO shirts and left because we felt so threatened by his demeanor when he walked up to us. I will be calling corporate as well. I should've gotten his name but I didn't want to deal with his insensitive and childish behavior because he has his own insecurities. Good luck buddy is all...

I am totally dissatisfied with our experience at this store. As soon as we walked in the store, an employee by the name of Freddy began yelling "we're getting ready to close & we're not accepting any cash". It was only 7:39pm & the mall doesn't close until 8pm. He was so rude & nasty. The customer service is horrible & nonexistent. The employees seems as if they just wanted to stand around & talk, instead of helping with questions or getting an item that we couldn't reach. We will gladly take our business & money somewhere else. Not to mention they're overrated...
