Horrible company beware. First, I only came here because my screen smashed and I couldn’t get into Apple for days. I called and asked how much my phone screen would be to repair. They say $129. So, I go and upon arriving they say ‘we thought you said a different phone, it’s actually going to be $250.’ I’m desperate at this point so I agree. After installation, my phone gives me a pop up that its not a genuine display. I don’t think too much of it since I had no other options. Well, the next morning my screen doesn’t stay on. It turns on for a split second and then off. I call all the numbers listed I could find. Speak to a rude worker who tells me to bring it back to where I got it. I ask for refund, since I don’t want them touching my phone. He gives me a managers number to call. Well, I call that ‘managers’ number about 10 times and no answer. In fact, it goes right to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Professional. So, I go back to the store and they tell they don’t have a screen to replace mine with, after telling me to come back. Now I’m irate. The worker calls the manager and he tells me I’ll have to wait for an appointment or drive all across town to get it fixed. Super condescending and explains to me that some of the screens he gets from the factory are ‘defective’ and begins to explain how ‘defective’ products work. I’m not a moron, and I know what defective means, and I find it unbelievable that I happen to get the ‘one’ defective screen. Sounds like you have a horrible product. I leave and my phone is still in disrepair. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Don’t spend a penny here, just take it to the professionals and save your self the headache of this...

I originally went and got my phone screen replaced after receiving a quote for 279 on the phone. Once I got there they said that was an error and it would really be $330 (plus tax) after driving an hour I was really disappointed and agreed after trying to argue the price... We ended up being offered to pay 330 cash (which we did).

The repair happened right as the mall was closing, we went home and I put my phone on charge on the dresser. When I woke up the phone screen had a crack in it and was lifting around the edges. We immediately drove the hour back to the store and waited over an hour for the person to show up. She laughed at me when I explained what had happened and showed video of the phone actively cracking under the protective screen cover. After threatening to sue him for either a refund or replacement they offered to replace it for free.

The new screen took over a week to arrive, and it is absolutely trash. The installation is actually done properly however the phone lags and the keyboard lost its swipe feature as well as fingerprint scanning.

Beware! Installation cause the first screen to crack at the top due to uneven pressure however it seemed like a decent quality screen. The free replacement is clearly the cheapest non-authentic replacement they could find.

Absolutely do not go here. There are much better shops around where you will not get laughed at for expressing a concern over workmanship nor be lied to...

In my opinion this is a total scam operation. Quoted $99 over the phone wanted $132 on site. Needing my phone for work I agreed to have them repair it. The tech argued for my password unlock the phone, this is not required to replace a screen! The tech installed the new screen and and he broke it while squeezing the glue. He installed another screen and left glue all over the edge of the phone. That night I peeled off the rubber cement he left on the phone and I saw a chip under the glue. This was in the new screen in the same place where he had just broken the first replacement screen. This turned into a thin crack across the by morning. When I returned the next day they said they would not honor their work, that they already replaced the screen. Then they play the game of "Don't speak English". Not trusting this guy after he wanted my password, I paid in cash which meant I could not cancel payment through my credit card. Total garbage service and I wonder how many girls and elders they con out of...
