Famous Wok — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Visited on Feb 14 & it’s my second time here, I first visited in 2023 in mid Spring. The owners or workers are obviously Asian, not sure if they are new management but this is why I came back because the food is extremely delicious!!! I live in another town about 30 minutes driving distance and I come all the way down here to Famous Wok because all the other Chinese food restaurants don’t even come close to Famous Wok which is comparable to NYC Chinese food. There is one other good one that’s in Geneva but Famous Wok is closer to me. There’s a restaurant called Panda Express in NYC and Famous Wok tastes similar to Panda Express which is a very popular restaurant in NYC. I highly recommend Famous Wok because the food is very, very good! Not over cooked, not burned, not stale but just excellent tasting food reasonably priced; two plates with two eggrolls only $31! Ever since the new SPANISH owners it's gone severely down hill. They try I'll give them that, but I'm sorry, just no. This restaurant was a staple of the food court and now nothing tastes the same. It's quite terrible! I always compared the sesame chicken and lo mein of this place to others because theirs had always been my favorite and it breaks my heart what this has turned into. I would love to learn if the original owners moved somewhere else because these poser's ruined it. Have you had a Chinese persons spaghetti and meatballs that tasted better than some Italian grandma who made it? Pizza? Not quite the same is it? Stick to what you know, don't just buy out a restaurant and pretend to make what they're known for....oh and not to mention the price is a lot more than it used to be.... Just...

I used to drive 20 minutes atleast once a month, sometimes more to get the bourbon chicken and vegetable rice, it was by far my favorite place to get Chinese food. I dont like onions and my mother is allergic to onions so it was perfect that the rice didnt have onions inside and the bourbon chicken was always cooked to perfection. Im guessing they are under new management or got bought out because they have different employees and the food is different. All the types of meats they have are now smaller, dont look as appetizing and they don't have the bourbon chicken.
