And imma be real here cause I don't keep it less than...my first time ever walking foot onto ulta trying to get into make up and I wasn't even greeted I walked around confused cause I don't know make up but was interested but not one staff member walked up to me gave me a basket asked if I was good...the big girl with the red hair looked at me as if I disgusted her...the other lady walked around looking confused back and forth with bags doing nothing...but I finally found what I was looking for on my on doing a little research online while in the store as I finally searched through the store I find the products but that beautiful soul at the end of my experience is what saved y'all natazia she was the ONLY worker that showed me love in that store ...now she would be the only reason I come back to the store but if any of them other chicks working I'm good and y'all might wanna get people who are more interacting no matter WHO the customer is...shout out to natazia hopefully that was her name she is black with glasses and she is amazing...the other chicks y'all weird and I def didn't get girls girl in that store it...

Stylist was great and personable. She did a great job with cut, product recommendations, and style. Price of cut was too high for my hair-type but it's under their signature cut, and because it's a national store, price is set, I accept that. What baffled me was the fact that I couldn't pay at the salon, I had to go up to the front of the store and wait in line for over 7 minutes. When it was my turn I handed over a coupon because it was my first experience at the salon so I wanted to use the 15% off and provide that to the stylist as a part of her tip. I learned that the coupon has to be applied in the back at the salon by the stylist. SMH, Ulta, not cool. You should have the ability to apply coupons at the front if customers must pay there, or, even better, have the clients stay at the salon to cash out to end the experience there. I would still have to walk through the store to exit and potentially purchase more products, so this makes absolutely no sense. I did not need any other products at this time, so I left feeling very frustrated and those extra...

Great store they have everything in stock usually I don't wear make up that often so I got help from Keishlyan she was very helpful helping me with what shades of makeup fits my skin tone and how to apply the makeup she was very friendly and had knowledge of the makeup However when standing in the checkout line a white cashier ignored me then when a white lady came in the line she called her up another white lady that worked there got on another register she had an accent I kept standing there and looked at her she smiled and said she was waiting for her register then about 2 minutes later she called me up as she did to other women that were white and worked there were behind the register as well called her over even though they saw me standing there she kindly told them she was helping a customer I based my review solely on the worker Keishylan and her great customer service i was very pleased and happy until i got in the line I will most likely not refer anyone to this store or will...
