Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Greece

The Burger King on Dewey and Latta Road in Greece, New York is a rare find- it is awesome, and that is because of the staff. It is not that the food being served is different from any of the other Burger Kings' - it is due to Linda, Haley and Becky. They are always friendly. They are kind and give service with a smile. The ladies are all about customer service. Whenever I drive up or go inside the establishment, I always look for them. They make my day. The other staff members are nice too, but the 3 ladies give something extra special to your visit. I just 💓💓💓them.. Thank you ladies and keep smiling 😊.

I only have one concern and that is know reflection on the ladies, but on the franchise. What is going on with the salads? Over the years I have enjoyed Burger Kings' salads, but lately the salads have been terrible! I really mean horrible. In the past when I asked for a grilled chicken salad, I got a full grilled chicken salad. There were tomatoes, chicken, carrots and even q-cumbers in it. However, I am sad to say that the nice amount of chicken, carrots, tomatoes and q-cumbers once present have disappeared. The last tiime I asked for a grill chicken salad I got a bowl of lettuce and two very thin slices of something that looked like tomatoes. I returned it to the restaurants and ask for another salad and was given the same thing again. You know I keep it 💯% real with you I won't be getting any salads. I will however continue to go to the Burger King on Dewey and Latta Road for other things. Everyone reading this have an amazing day, and you Burger King lovers go visit the one on Dewey and Latta Road, you will not be disappointed. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service -which I doubt, give them a shout out telling them I said to get it...

My friends and I was working one night at the mall and decided to get Burger King. We all ordered the same thing which was a whopper Junior fries and a drink. It was only us three 17 year olds we work on the other side of the mall went back. We all opened our sandwich inside there was three different things. I asked for everything on it and got nothing absolutely nothing on it. My friend asked for whopper Junior and got a chicken sandwich with mustard on it and she asked for no mustard for her whopper Junior, my other friend thought he was safe until he looked inside and it was mold on his bread. The only thing we ate was the fries. we went back to Burger King to tell them what had happened and they wouldn’t give us our money back saying we’re close there’s nothing we can do about it , but they wasn’t close. It was 20 more minutes left until they close. They was very rude about it saying that’s what we asked for so that’s what we got. When I specifically said I wanted everything on it. And she specifically said JR WHOPPER They was rude from the beginning and now I know never never go back to Burger King in the mall. $9 down the drain...

A+++ the friendly blonde lady greeted me wellcoming me to Burger King. Went above and beyond with her knowledge since it’s been a while since I’ve been to the king.

I told her I wanted something light she quickly suggested the small cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. I chose the sandwich since I had chicken yesterday and she did a great job of upselling with suggesting a side.

I told her initially no but I couldn’t resist the onion rings. They were nice and crispy, hot and perfectly seasoned. She also asked me if I wanted zesty sauce wheat perfect on my burger and I had an extra one to take home

The other lady (brunette)that served my food was equally efficient and friendly! food
