SNIPES — Local services in Town of Greece

The return policy here is awful. I brought shoes back the very next day, they only gave me a gift card that couldn’t be used online. When I called to ask if they could order using the gift card over the phone the girl couldn’t even answer my question. Went in the store to use the gift card and they wouldn’t order them for me because there’s “only a few left”? The two girls working the front counter on 11/27 couldn’t even answer my questions and were unwilling to help me find something in stock to use my gift card on. The customer service here is among the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how they stay open....
