The LEGO® Store Crossgates Mall — Local services in Town of Guilderland

Had such a fantastic experience going to this lego store as my first time. Arronzo greeted us with excitement, and offered his assistance right when we walked in. He was knowledgeable about the products, didn't overwhelm us, and was very friendly. He also informed us about the lego rewards program, which was super helpful! For a smaller sized store in a mall, this location carries quite a bit of variety. When they found out it was my friends birthday, she was offered a free miniature character build from the building station. The associate at the Crossgates Mall location (her name was Emma I believe) was just an absolute pleasure to speak to! I'd been saving money since Christmas to purchase the Harry Potter Diagon Alley set and I received the email that it was back in stock today so naturally I was SO excited to go get one. I went to cash out and she was so sweet and just as excited for me as I was. She was telling me how special it was and how excited she was to get one for herself soon when they're available for employees to purchase. She signed me up for a VIP card which I didn't even know was a thing and I'm really happy about it! It was the highlight of my son's day to fill a cup at the pick-a-brick wall in the store. There were so many fun elements to choose from! Pro tip: start with the smallest elements and as you fill the cup, alternate big & small pieces to really tetris them in to get your money's worth. The displays are beautiful, and there are so many sets to choose from, all levels from duplo on up.
