The staff was friendly and super accommodating from the moment you walk in. The selection was true to its advertising and the financing options are wonderful. Be mindful that if you were approved for financing under the AcceptanceNow option, you must have $49 PLUS whatever your first month's payment is if you want your furniture released. (The phone salespeople tell you you can get started if you only have the $49, and they will schedule your first month's payment to be due two weeks after, but that's a lie. $49 only gets your account opened and your chosen items registered AND YOU ARE CHARGED for that payment IMMEDIATELY or considered late. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY COME IN TO SHOP!) I want to give specific mentions of praise to C.J. and Ash, and to the staff of Lawrence, NY location for outstanding service and amazing personalities. The visit felt more like a stay a a 5-star hotel than a furniture purchasing event.

UPDATE ON This company.. I ordered a sleeper sofa set-(the kind with the pull-out bed inside.) From the moment my delivery arrived, the bed was defective. First, the frame of the bed doesn't land flat on the floor, it is sort of suspended until you put weight on it and then it descends.

The thin metal support beam and springs for the mattress were broken the mattress sagged down past the frame.

Bob's was great about replacing it, but when the replacement came, it was used furniture not new. The first replacement's frame completely buckled and folded me up inside of it like a burrito, I had to scream for help and get my sons to unfold the bed and help me out.

Bob's replaced that with yet another used set. The men who arriv d actually forced th broken frame back into the couch and left.

I figured maybe it was the particular brand that was the problem so they offered me a sofabed from another designer with a sectional lounge chaise attached. Again the replacement was used, the frame would not sit on the floor and the mattress was sagging through the frame.

This time, they sent a "technician" to come see the problem and he "fixed" it by reattaching a small irrelevant rid the simply stops the foot of the mattress from sliding over the frame, AND he installed it backwards...THAT frame also broke.

They sent a third replacement..used and also replaced my more expensive mattress with a cheaper one.

I am stuck with that one and it is a nightmare. The couch cushions so-called memory foam sinks and sags so bad you're almost swallowed up into the sofa , if you try to clean your cushions, the filling loses it firmness and it looks like a wrinkled mess!

And I was financing almost $4000 but have yet to enjoy a NEW set of furniture with my cool gel mattress.

Can I say exceptional? First off.....Me and a friend of mines went to BOB'S discount furniture with only an idea of what I wanted...only to be greeted by Brendan whom was SUPER AMAZING... and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure you get what you want and provided alternatives if you was uncertain. I anticipated only getting a couch (that my decreased mom adored before she passed) and a kitchen table.

I was super excited to leave out of there with a new adjustable bed for myself, a fireplace, kitchen dinette table and chairs, and the couch. He even gave me financing options if cost was an issue...which i didn't need

All came less then a week...except the couch which was going going to take almost a month to receive. BUT..... that was only an estimated time of delivery..

Brendan kept in touch and let me know I could get it a week earlier, then scheduled at my earliest convenience to be delivered. I SO APPRECIATED THAT. Even when my fireplace sustained some damaged upon delivery...An replacement was put in and scheduled for the same day the couch was set to be delivered. I'm super grateful for Brendan and his amazing customer service...He had me SOLD... and was super patient.... made sure all my products was GOOF PROOFED TOO... There's nothing like that sense of security. If I do any more shopping at bobs.....

I’m particularly happy with the 20 year warranty the mattress comes with, crazy who does that, that’s wonderful! They are there for you from beginning to end and onward should you have any problems and there is certainly no price for peace of mind! The store is warm, clean, staff are all polite and ready to assist if needed, special thank you to Josh! Gosh they even have free goodies and ice cream.
