if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i was so excited when this place opened and saw on uber eats they had a buy 4, get 4 deal and we went in person to look at the cookies and asked if we can get 8 different kinds of cookies. the cashier was a nice girl and kindly said of course then packaged and bagged all of our cookies. i paid and was soooo excited to try the cookies until the owner came over to tell the cashier that we cannot actually get 8 different cookies, we can only get 4 different kinds and 2 of each and then made her awkwardly unbox and put away each of my cookies putting them back on display right in front of my face. all because he has to “honor the uber eats deal” i was so distraught and disappointed. it’s one thing if they said we couldn’t do that, but she said yes and i paid and she already boxed it. not that i own a business or anything, but if i did especiallyyyy if it were new, i’d probably not lecture my employee in front of the customers and on top of that, i’d make a point to let it go this one time and make exception considering she already told us it was okay and it was already boxed and bagged and paid for. it’s not about the cookies and it’s not about the money, IT’S THE PRINCIPLE!! he’s acting like the CEO of uber eats himself is watching him on the security cameras!!!! i wish i just asked for my money back instead bc that was terrible customer service and made me not even wanna go back. on top of all this, the cookies are also mid. we did a blind taste test of each flavor we got, bday cake, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and Nutella. they all tasted the exact same. we couldn’t tell the difference. i wasn’t even gonna write a review bc they’re new and it’s also been months but my cousin also went (after i advised her not to lol she should have listened) just to wait over 10 mins for a dry red velvet cookie THAT WAS ON DISPLAY. which she didn’t even get it until she spoke up!! super disappointed in this business and highly do not...

If could give this store no stars I would definitely do that. I have been ordering cookies from this location via Uber eats for sometime and have not had an issue until today. We have a nut allergy so we place the order and then call the establishment to change the assortment since it doesn't allow you to change it in the app, and there has never been an issue until today. I spoke with a guy who seemed to be a new employee who kept putting me on hold to get the response from someone else and when he came back to the phone each time there was a different response as to why they cannot make the substitution. First he said the price would change but I informed him I made sure all the cookies were the same price as the sugar cookies purposely so that it would make it easier on the store, then he said they cannot make edits once the order is processed so I informed him that I did it just last week than he said he spoke with the manager and was informed that it cannot be done so I asked for the manager and he said the manager is not on site, so I asked for the managers name and he put me on hold again only for another person to pick up by the name of Destiny informing me that she was the manager so I told her I was on my way and would speak with her in person. When I arrived she told me that headquarters informed them that they could not make any changes to the Uber eats promotional orders. However she was very condescending I am a manager as well and this locations professionalism and business acumen seriously lacks and is amateur at best these employees are not representing your company correctly. Coaching is needed immediately to course correct these behaviors lying to the customer is never a good business practice. You have definitely lost a loyal customer and I will make sure my family, friends nor my employees do...

The cookies are cool but the staff def needs a considerable amount of training in customer service. This place is usually filled with kids and teens, so I’m sure nobody really cares or pays attention to the staff’s attitude, but considering I come here to purchase for myself, my family, and often pick up for Uber eats… The energy I receive matters TREMENDOUSLY.

The short young man who works there always has an attitude and I don’t know if it’s just towards me from an issue with a past order that was beyond my control, or if this just how he operates… but it’s a huge turn off. The kindest person there is Alyssa. She makes every visit a friendly one and has always given me the best recommendations for cookies. She’s probably the only reason I returned to be honest. But other than that, I’m not really feeling the vibe of this place.

However, if you’re in the neighborhood and craving something sweet, esp having dinner elsewhere on this strip, this is what I recommend: their best cookies are the Cookies n Cream, Chocolate Chip croissant and the Churro.
