The most worst parking spaces. If parking spaces could be on a diet this would be weight watchers. Since the spaces are so small you have three types of parkers one who will actually try to get their vehicle in between the two lines.

The second type of parker, is someone who just don't give a rats and will park in between both lines. Lastly, the third and most horrible person to park in this parking lot, are the people who are offended that your vehicle may impede on the next parking space over. These offenders will intentionally hit your vehicle with their car door. Quite frankly, the entire parking lot needs to be repainted. Since the gym was added to this plaza, there is virtually no parking in this lot. You have any business to conduct in this place, get there early or you will a not find a parking spot. You will be the subjected to the diet spaces and get dings and dents from the other...

Felco Plaza near Lawrence is my go-to spot! The laundromat is clean, efficient, and super convenient—machines always work well, and it’s never too crowded. I also love that there’s a Dollar Tree right there, which makes it easy to grab essentials or fun little finds while I wait for my laundry. The plaza has a relaxed vibe, parking is usually easy, and everything is well-maintained. Whether I’m running errands or just need a quick stop, Felco Plaza always delivers. I like this little plaza.... some of the stores closed due to covid and I hope they open back up. I go here for the Gym (Planet Fitness) and there is fabulous (I think it's Venezuelan/Latin) eating spot Pollo Campero who's fried or grilled chicken is the BOMB 💣 😋 nice sides too. They also have a convenience store that's worth checking ✔️ out. Gas station is close by and a Mexican restaurant is too. So if your in the neighborhood..... visit.
