I love Lush and I have been coming here for a few years now but I have to drop the rating down now because of their policies towards Covid. They do take proper precautions for Covid, however, you are shopping at a store where you need to smell the products and you cannot smell the products through a mask. If you attempt to smell the products by lowering your mask, you are immediately told to keep your mask on above your nose. I even had a time where I was waiting in line to enter the store and had my mask below my nose and I was told that it needed to be covered. I was not even in the store yet, you can tell me that when I am about to enter. I have also noticed that whenever you want to smell a product that they have in a bottle or pot, you aren't allowed to open the bottle to smell the product. There are some items that do not have regular displays to match the bottle products like waste free soaps and bath bombs. I had to take home multiple samples because I just cannot smell the products through mask and I don't want to buy a product that will give me a headache. Lush should follow in the footsteps of bath and body, the body shop, VS and others, allow you to smell the correct way.
If they are this worried about possible cross contamination then this store shouldn't have opened back up at all. They need to allow their customers to smell things or at least take their temperature...

My fiancee and I had such a wonderful experience here as first timers. I had gotten Lush stuff here and there for holidays but never actually had a chance to shop there in person.
We were getting married that same week and the staff her was just so incredibly sweet and generous about the whole thing. It really made our day.
I mean, not to mention the products! Man! I'm a believer now! Their body lotion, body bars, Scrubee, hand cream - all sincerely incredible quality and a little goes a long way.
My favorite product as someone who types all day is the Sweet Wild Orange hand cream. It seriously smells like freshly peeled oranges but without the too-tangy bite. And, hallelujah, it doesn't make my hands greasy. The stuff legit absorbs into my hands and makes them soft.
The body lotion (the Scrubee body butter bar, in particular) has made noticable changes on my skin too. I used to get gooseflesh in certain spots but with this stuff they're all smoothed out.
I'm also in love with the soaps and shaving stuff my now-husband got. Everytime he showers I'm huffing the air like an animal, it smells so good!
We're from Kalamazoo, so now we decided we'll do a trek up to the Lush in Grand Rapids MI every other month just so we can restock on product. YES it's...
Read moreI brought my 9 year old son to Roosevelt field mall a little bit before Christmas. He was shopping for his family (myself included) he knew he wanted to go into lush for me as I love the store, baths and self care and asked me to help him find an associate to help him then wait outside. We waited for a few minutes and were told by a few they were unavailable to help and then came across Nic. She was smiley and happy to help my boy as he explained his $75 budget. I waited outside and he came out about 15 minutes later beaming with pride. He told me Nic was so helpful he even tipped her $5. Christmas morning I opened my presents and was so amazed at how personalized they were. Including Magnesium bath bombs (I’m in the fitness industry and often achy) cup of coffee face and body mask (big mask fan and big coffee fan) and an utterly decadent shower gel sticky dates that I probably would have never chosen for myself even though I love a gourmand scent but now I need to keep on hand for before bed showers. I’ve been a fan of lush since before they were in Long Island but the way my son was acknowledged helped and treated will make both him and I a fan for life. Thank you Nic for making my Christmas so memorable and for the bath I’m currently soaking in Allowing my brain enough time to decompress...
