Ok there's a bit to unpack here... When first walking into the restaurant it was a very nice atmosphere. There were about 5 other parties besides mine (3 of us) and the bar was full (seated about 5-7 people). There were only 2 people working there, a waiter and waitress and it was understaffed. The waitress was super nice and greeted us at the door and answered my question about whether the chicken was halal (it was). Then we were served and waited on by the waiter. He did not look very interested in being a waiter and he seemed very out of it. When we were ordering the food he was doing other tasks and turning around which was weird but he got the order right so I don't mind. We waited about 25-30 minutes for the food which is way too long but the food was great! I asked for a coke while waiting for the food and I did not receive it until the end of my meal, literally 5 minutes before asking for the bill (due to the fact that the two people working there they were switching back and forth between bartending and serving). I'm not the most picky person but I was sooo hungry and too many things were just going south. So I think I can sum it up by saying that the food was good, the service wasn't the best and honestly I wouldn't come here again. Better off just sticking with the food court if you want to eat something fast or another restaurant to be tended to quicker and less...
Read moreI understand that mall restaurants can be hit or miss, but this was the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time. Let me start with the food. The hummus was alright! Slightly grainy but not inedible! My baked ziti was a giant ball of melted cheese with a little bit of pasta thrown in, and my boyfriends chicken francese pizza was more like frozen chicken nuggets on a pizza. It was very disappointing considering we spent $75 on the meal. And also, if you get any sort of soft drink, tea, or lemonade, beware that free refills do not exist and you will have to pay an extra $3-5 per refill. The service was okay, but they actually had what seemed like a good amount of staff, and it still took us a long time to get food. The ambiance of the restaurant was strange, with LED light strips scattered around, 2000’s carpet, Italian artwork, and more miscellaneous decor. Just a really strange combo. The women’s restroom was quite gross, with pee covering the toilet seat, dirty floors, and paper towels scattered everywhere. After leaving, my boyfriend and I both felt slightly sick and truly could not justify anything higher than a...
Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I have had in a very long time. Lots of staff but no one was willing to help us, once we did get seated our server took an excessively long time before seeing us. Once we ordered food took a even longer time and once it arrived it got even worse. The pasta was mostly a messy ball of cheese with very little pasta and a couple pieces of over cooked chicken. We also got a pizza that had frozen breaded chicken tenders on it and no flavor at all. Soft drinks do not have free refills and extra bread will cost you, this place will try to nickel and dime you all the way till the end. We did not finish our dinner only eating about 25% of the meal before beginning to feel unwell. After paying over $75 for this experience we left and felt unwell for the next several hours. I would stay away from this place, for the price you are almost guaranteed to get better service and food anywhere else. Also do not let the photos on google or the website fool you, the food in real life looks nothing like the photos, the chefs take no pride in the food and it is just tossed on the plate...
