I love Gongcha, but this location sucks! I have never experienced such horrible service asking for something so simple that doesn't cost much.
One employee who claims herself as the āMANAGERā needs to be replaced. She has no customer service skills, unfriendly, not welcoming, and very unprofessional. Someone with an attitude should not be given the opportunity to be as a āmanagerā or to work anywhere.
I always get the pearl milk tea with regular ice but this time she (the so-called manager) only put like 20% ice on it so I kindly asked her if she can put more. She refused to give me some ice, saying they don't give cups of ice and that I should go to another place to get some.
I tried to explained it to her that I donāt need a cup of ice and that I just wanted more ice on my milk tea! I asked for a manager and she said āIām the managerā with her attitude. š¤£šš
Sis should be ashamed of herself for saying she's the manager because it's seriously embarrassing to claim to be a manager but not have any customer service skills.
I understand if they donāt give a cup of ice to anyone but I am a regular customer, and isnāt that part of their service? Why tell me to go get from the other store when I am buying from your store? Just horrible, horrible experienced!
At the end, she put more ice on my milk tea, took a huge scoop of ice because she mad lol but thatās okay I still drink my milk tea with over 100% ice on it!
