Terrible service here. I was at the self service kiosk a few months back and I was told by a cashier to not order any lemonades or shakes because they were out of that . That was fine with me so I put in an order for a large sprite. 10 minutes later they tell me that they had no drinks left aside from a bottle of water and a can of sprite and asked if I wanted either of them. I opted for the can of sprite which they handed to me before they started to walk away. I asked if they would pay me back the difference to which they responded by looking at me like I had two heads. I explained that there was no way a LARGE soda would be the same price as a CAN of sprite after which they agreed to refund me the money. The issue was the way the refund process was set up was convoluted and time consuming as the associate had to find the store number but they made it seem like I was the one at fault. I'm sorry for not knowing that they were almost out of drinks. Afterwards the associate motioned me over without looking at me to swipe my card and you could tell she was annoyed. I then thanked them for the trouble and the associate asked me if I was being petty which threw me for a loop. All in all, this one experience convinced me not to come back here in the future. I understand that these are teenagers or adults in their 20s but please at least pretend to care about the customer instead of treating them like a nuisance for something mostly out of...
Read moreThis place is unprofessional I was standing on the side of this place minding my business and I get a whole big bowl of soup poured on me out of nowhere by one of the guys working here and one of the workers started laughing and none of them asked if I was okay and just stood there looking towards the end the manager was very nice and got me a new sweater to cover myself and asked if I was okay but that was very unprofessional of the cooker to have made a big accident and could have almost hurt me if that type of soup wasn’t hot I had went back to talk to them and told them to be careful and to pay attention to what they are doing and then they apologized but only because I came back if I had never came back they would have never apologized and as I was speaking to one of the girls which was a cashier I believe she was being childish and laughing in my face this place has horrible customer service and the manager was the...

I want to start by saying i support almost all of the food establishment at the Roosevelt field mall however melt shop has been the worst with service, its not like this happens once or twice its all the time and thats why proper customer service skills and training is important... there is this one African American older guy there he is very rude and nasty, he doesnt smile and not very welcoming.The food is good but his attitude leaves very a bad taste in your mouth
He always lays on the counter in front left corner with a computer and if you walk up to him to take a order omg the look that he gives you its like you asking too much or your bothering him.
Its a hit or miss on the food sometimes its good and next time its cold and slappy.
