Hands down, the best place to go for all your surveillance system requirements. SecureTech came out to our New York City building and totally took care of us. We spoke and they listened to our needs, going above and beyond meeting up with me as necessary“on time” which is rare in today’s world. Joe and Jawad were always on call while installing my system and I am so glad that I went with them. Over the years. I had 2 other systems previously installed and I have to tell you that they don’t come close to SecureTech. I have never once felt like a step child, meaning that they weren’t listening and not wanting to help me get exactly what I wanted. SecureTech installed cameras inside of my building, in front and on the roof. The supporting app is extremely user friendly and the remote view is super clear, allowing me to save footage on the fly or from in the past both on my cellphone and on my pc. I have a background in security services and I must say that SecureTech is a hard company to beat, especially being a fairly new company with these young, dedicated entrepreneurs wanting to make a difference. Jawad's team helped install and set up our security cameras, Sonos sound system, pretty much everything and anything we needed for our new locations. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. They are all very knowledgable, Joe especially took the time to explain the system, the apps, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and followed up afterward to ensure it was all running as it should.
