Although my initial contact with the new owners Peter and Andrew went well I am very disappointed in the failure to follow up. I am surprised as I understand that a bigger profit is made on landscape design and installation rather than on lawn cutting. I requested a design to redo my front landscaping be drawn up. I was willing to pay for this and /or apply it to the installation. I initially made contact over one month ago. I have called several times and I was left waiting for a follow up appt. two times.
