The Children's Social Club will quickly become a favorite of your children (starting with the little ones - under a year) up to at least 7+ as well as the parents! Not only is this much needed spacious indoor play gym a local gem, but it's also super clean and decorated with such care and effort.

With it's snack bar filled with all of the perfect kids snacks and drinks, indoor playground and separate areas for reading/drawing and a bit of screen time - there was careful thought into creating an encouraging and comfortable environment for a wide range of children.

I have two girls - one and two - and they go to many places around long island, but the ball pit is definitely one their go-to spots. (They are also very impressed with the child height sinks - everyone loves to wash their hands here).

Reasonably priced - a family could easily spend 2-3 hours here. Perfect place for parents to relax and know that their children are in a safe, clean environment. (Note: there is a changing table, two single bathrooms).

As an owner, being a “we are all wrong here” type of person is out of line, especially in this situation. When your only concern is making sure the customer (who received bad service) understands the hostess isn’t racist… that speaks volumes. You’re complicit in her racism and bad customer service. It’s easier to believe this black woman is “aggressive” and out of line, rather than checking your poor excuse of an employee. The crazy thing is, even if the customer WAS “aggressive”, all of this could and would have been avoided had the hostess did her job correctly in the first place. We all make mistakes, but she couldn’t even admit to hers. Not only that, she did not take the proper steps— “is there by chance another name you have it under, and can you spell it out for me?” “Your finger is covering the name, do you mind allowing me to see please?” “I’m still not finding it in our system, let me see what options I have so I can properly accommodate you and your family.” So that speaks on this employee’s poor performance as well as the manager/owner who clearly didn’t teach her anything. “She’s here crying” of course she is...

I chose The Children’s Social Club for my kids’ joint birthday celebration. From the start, zero complaints. The owner Kristy was a dream to work with. She always got back to my texts and e-mails promptly. Kristy made the planning process so easy and stress free.

The day of the party, Tara was amazing in helping us with set up and ensuring the party went smooth. She was such a rockstar and was very attentive to my family, always asking if we were okay, if there was anything we needed, kept the unlimited iced coffee (an add-on I chose for our party) flowing. Such a perfect hostess!

The space itself is bright, spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for my guests which was just shy of 50 people. In no way do you feel as if you’re on top of anyone at any point.

Prices for birthday packages are fair and Kristy sends the final invoice a few days before your event for you to review. The quality of service I received alone was worth every penny.

Overall, good time, great space, best owner and amazing hostess. My kids and adult guests thoroughly enjoyed. This is the spot to book your kids’ parties.
