They gave me such an issue because I didn’t want to cut my nails and only wanted them filed. It got so intense that I said if it was an issue that I would rather just stop the manicure and pay for my pedicure and leave. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just file my nails instead of cutting them.. also it was a huge problem when I asked for my nails to be evened out… I’ll honestly pass on this spot to avoid the hassle of going back and forth with staff regarding how I want my nails done. Should be normalized for the customer to specify what they want and to uphold the service...

If I could give less than a star I would. Incredibly horrible. Had an appointment, took me 30minutes late. Which can be understandable. However they have zero experience in acrylic nails. My nails are very sharp, not fully painted, and crooked. In addition they refused to take my three children ages 9-13. Even though they had an appointment. After all of this he refused to put a top coat on my gel nails. As soon as I left after being incredibly frustrated they got messed up. Do not recommend, not even...
