Foo Luck — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I ordered from Foo Luck on Saturday 12/17 at 5:22 PM. I placed my ordered for delivery (the girl took my address over the phone so she knew it was for delivery and she told me it would be 15 minutes. I thought that was an underestimation but we live close to the restaurant. After 30 minutes I called the restaurant inquiring about the order. The girl said "oh no, I told you 40-45 minutes" I replied that she had said 15 minutes. She responded that she thought the order was for pick up and that is why she said 15 minutes. I asked if she thought my order was for take out had the food been sitting there waiting. She said it had been ready for 5-10 minutes and that the delivery guy would be back shortly and we would be the first stop. Another half hour goes by and I call back to again check on the order and express concern that the food had now been ready for 40 minutes and will not likely be hot when it gets to me. She assured me the delivery person would be there soon. Another 10 minutes went by, the food was dropped off. We had ordered fried wontons and egg rolls, both of which were soggy (normally they are crunchy) and luke warm. The chicken in the entrees was chewy as well. Would...

I ordered Egg Drop Soup as the starter gor the meal. I noticed chicken pieces in the soup. Never before have I ever eaten at a Chinese restaurant which put chicken in their egg drop soup. While taking a spoonful of the Egg Drop Soup I felt something scratch my tongue and the roof of my mouth. It was a sharp fragment of a chicken bone. I quickly spit it out. If I had swallowed it I believe it was capable of causing painful and serious injury to my throat and esophagus. It most likely would have required a trip to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital. A sharp bone fragment such as that could cause an intestinal rupture and bleeding, which is an extremely serious condition. We will NEVER eat there again! YOU...

Went to Foo Luck for first time. First impression was not good at all, had to ask for a take out menu several times since the one on the counter was ripped and missing parts of the menu. After deciding what we wanted I patiently waited (no other customers in the store) several minutes then asked the young man twice if he could take our order. The food had better be better than there poor customer service! Probably will not be going back since we were going to Meat Farms and decided to eat Chinese food tonight.
