DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Town of Huntington

Went there today not knowing they were curbside pickup only. Every other store on the island is shopping in store so I didn't know. As I walked to the door a lady saw me, looked me up and down and very rudely and aggressively said " We're not open". I apologized and mentioned every other store on the island is open, when do you think you will be open. Her answer was " when Cuomo says we can don't you know this" I said maybe put that online so people know. I'm not going to continue in detail of just how rude this employee was but I will say this. I will never shop at that store again. I was very displeased with the cashier, Jon, and his behavior. My boyfriend and I went to return a jersey there that he bought there the day before. He didn't have the receipt but the tags were on and he has a number there. Jon was very difficult, muttering nasty comments and swearing under his breath during the whole returning process. I watched him glare at my boyfriend, who is 100% hispanic, while he wasn't looking. I felt maybe he was giving him a hard time due to to his looks or ethnicity. Store is very racist and disrespectful. Assistant store manager needs to be terminated immediately. Representatives and management lack communication, customer service, and professionalism attributes. Terrible terrible terrible.
