AT&T Store — Local services in Town of Huntington

DO NOT SHOP HERE- BUYER BEWARE!!! This place deserves negative stars. These kids are all SCAM ARTISTS! Be careful about accepting promotions, check with the real AT&T company first. Also check your bills for add ons, extra lines etc… they doubled our monthly bills from $150 to $300 and added an extra line to our phone bills by saying it was a promotion to get a new phone at half price. We also found all these add ons we did not approve on our bill. HBO plus, insurance that we specifically said we didn’t want and a number of other things. When we called AT&T to discuss the insane change in our bill they said there was no such promotion and we wouldn’t get the phone at half price. The extra line they added on was also already in use and maxed at a premium setting. They said the line would be free, but boy oh boy it wasn’t. When we went back to the store to confront them- surprise surprise there’s never any manager present. Same thing happened to friends of ours a few weeks later. DO Not use this Store At this store my wife buy's an IPhone charger on 7/31/2017 with the Help of an Employee named Mike. . The Next Day while we were driving he asks up about an IPAD promotion and we say no thanks. Mike unknown to us uses my wife's CC and Stole an IPAD, The store claimed they took care of it and did not The employee and Store Manager were fired New Management has provided Lip Service. we are still paying for an IPAD that we did not sign for. Every Month we are being Charged for this SO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE or you may end up experiencing the same Fate.

I rarely write negative reviews because I know how to can impact a business. But unfortunately, I had a very negative experience here. They are not an authorized retailer as I called AT&T and they confirmed they are not. They didn’t have any air conditioning. Some of the iPads on display were fake. I came to replace a phone and they ended up creating a new line and completely misinforming me of what the protocol was. I called AT&T after and they explained that this most definitely should not have been done. This was definitely done as a way to make for the end of the month, as I’m sure they have incentives to open a new lines. When asked for them to call AT&T to help us troubleshoot, she called her Friend that worked at the other AT&T. I do not recommend anyone coming here. Melville and Woodbury are authorized...
