Sonny and Joe are simply the best… When I first walked into the store it was my first stop in my search for a hot tub. Sonny knowing this spent a tremendous amount of time explaining to me the basics of a hot tub as well as explaining the various features of the Hot Springs tubs. He was not at all pushy and understood the need to comparison shop… Throughout the process he was always there in person, via phone and e-mail to answer any questions that I thought of and was tremendously patient on my many trips into the store to ask more questions and to sit in the various tubs. He is knowledgeable about his competitors and was extremely professional in discussing Hot Springs as compared to his competitors. When Sonny wasn’t there Joe stepped right in with the same care and knowledge.

The Hot Springs tubs have a fantastic reputation, but one of the deciding factors for me was the level of service, care and professionalism that I received in the showroom. I did not find this ins any of the other stops I had made.

Once I decided on my Prodigy and placed my order Sonny kept me informed of the entire process… calling to let me know when the truck order was completed, when it was leaving the factory and when it would arrive in NY… He worked to schedule a delivery time that was convenient for me and my schedule.

After the tub was installed Joe was fantastic at finding a time (the next day – a Sunday no less) to come to the house and give me an “orientation” on the features as well as how to care for and maintain the tub. This is my first hot tub and I had no background knowledge of the chemicals and maintenance. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to care for the tub and keep the water crystal clear and ready for a soak.

Even after delivery they have been wonderful in person, via phone and via e-mail to answer any questions I have thought of, no matter how silly or basic they may have been.

My husband and I purchased the Limelight Gleam about 1 month ago from Ocean Spray. I wanted to wait until we had a little time to use it before doing my review. I spent over 7 months researching hot tubs, features, different sizes, warranties, and customer reviews, along with reading every blog by spa professionals so I was very well informed by the time we had narrowed down our choices to the top 3. We visited a few other showrooms in Nassau county as well. I had emailed Sonny at Ocean Spray to inquire about pricing and from that moment on I was already sold. He spent extensive time, answering all of my questions and working with me to get me everything I wanted in the price range I needed to be in. My husband and I then decided to make a trip to the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Meredith , the other salesperson at the Melville location. She was just as attentive and helpful as Sonny. My husband who has been in sales for over 25 years could not have been happier with the service. And now for the best part... The hot tub is beyond our dreams so far!! UPDATE MAY 2022 I truly would never have expected to ever have anything bad to say about this company. However, we ordered a replacement cover last year August (10 months ago), and every time we call we are told it is still in California and has not shipped. Initially we were very patient and understood that there were shortages, but now this is inexcusable. We were proactive and ordered the replacement cover over a year ago, now it is ripping so extensively and filling with water that it is becoming extremely heavy and will eventually damage or break the holder at the back of the hot tub. So if we have damage to a VERY expensive hot tub it will be our problem?? I am soo disappointed and now...

After having a hot tub for many many years, it was time for a new one. Finding the right one to replace the features we were used to, the approximate size for placement and use, I thought would be an impossible task. Meredith made it very simple and easy for us to find the perfect fit of function and features in the Ocean Spray Limelight Flair. The purchase was easy and low-pressure, and the spa jets are the perfect pressure. The ease to use and maintain this model fits our needs and we wish we would have gotten this years ago. John helped us in planning the delivery and Meredith was there throughout the whole process to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with using the tub after delivery. Using this new hot tub is heaven. I must have asked 10x or more "that's it? that's all we need to do?" when learning how to maintain it. Ocean Spray Hot Tubs is more than a place to find the perfect tub for you and your life, but they also are helpful and reliable post-purchase to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. The hot tub itself is truly exactly what we dreamt for and the whole family can enjoy using it.
