I used this vendor JUST for a simple eye check up in order to renew my driver license. Two years later they still had my debit card information and decided to charge my account $119.99 😡😤. I called their 866 hotline number detailed in my bank statement they told me after my check up I had subscribed to this. Interesting they say that because I never 👎 received an email that I did, at the kiosk I never checked any boxes, and lastly the rep on the phone couldn’t confirm what the heck they were charging my account for smh. We had been going to Target Optical in Bay Shore for a few years and always had a very good experience. Doug is very kind, friendly and professional and calms my daughters anxiety with how easy going he is. We are so thankful he is back there! Thank you for putting him back in that location!
