Great shop with a very knowledgeable hot sauce enthusiast running the joint. Surprised by the outstanding selection. The owner took his time to point out sauces in my heat level (rated 1-10 on each bottle) and flavor profile. He set me up with a great suggestion (pictured) that I will now put on everything until it empties. His suggestion was perfect to my flavor profile and level 10 heat needs. Nailed it! Don't mind Sarge the on-site pup. He may look intimidating but he is a sweetie that wants some scratches from guests. Aside from hot sauces they stock cheeses, spice blends, chocolates and other edible snack delights. I ended up getting a dry rub seasoning as well that the Mrs loves. They have a TON of stuff you are welcome to sample so they make it very easy to choose your ideal flavor profile. Thanks sir and I will stop by next time I'm in town!

After looking for the perfect gift for some friends, I realized that they would love a charcuterie board but you don't know when you buy one of those as a gift just when it will get used or how fresh it is and the ridiculous cost! Sgt. Pepper's has the greatest alternative, a charcuterie kit the recipient can put together themselves! Great idea for a family gathering or just to watch a game. Sgt Pepper's has all the best yummy delicacies to try. Meats, cheeses, olives, pretzels, sauces, etc. And he's tried them all so he can help you find the best flavor combinations. Best little hot place in Lewiston. To be honest I'm not really a hot sauce fan but after receiving a gift basket from my nephew who is a huge fan of everything hot sauce turned this Arizona girl into a #Ibelieveinthepowerofhotsaucefanclub I added a little of the Arizona gunslinger on my homemade chicken wings......man talk about kickin' it up a notch.
