This T-Mobile is most helpful. I have tried others in Erie County (Northern) and have been either turned away by being rued or unknowingly about the products available. Lockport NY store not only is educated but is helpful. If they don’t know the answer which is odd then they will go find you the answer before you leave! This group of guys work well together and harmonious as a team. They help each other when necessary. I transferred from Verizon in the end of September. I had equipment failures and was told by corporate that I had to still pay for everything as if it worked! Fast forward to Thanksgiving we, my husband and I have paid close to $2,000 to end the contract for the equipment we and was told it is was mine. Now the end of November I get a $200 bill for services rendered for November and for equipment. I go to Niagara Falls Blvd store in Amherst,NY only they want all of my equipment back. That includes a watch, iPad, router, iPhone 13, and missing in a jet pack because when I transferred I was under the impression the equipment was mine, that I disposed of the jet pack since it did not work. I have equipment with T-Mobile that replaces the router, tablet, and a SIM card change not once but twice in my phone to t-mobile. I got a letter that said any purchase from Nov 23,2023 to Dec 31,2023 has to be returned by Jan 2023. So if my Verizon equipment is over a year old why do I have to return it? Now I have the added expense of getting a new phone and watch again the were purchased to be close to exact over a year and a half ago on a plan and that is what the two thousand dollars that we paid off in early November went for. What a rip off. Just a side note my step father died Christmas of 2021 and my Mother notified Verizon of his passing then. They are still taking money from her account every month to cover a dead persons phone for almost two years and she gave up Verizon shortly after his death. She is out West in a different state and is paying over 50.00 a month that she doesn’t even use! What a...
Read morePlease do not come here. Awful customer service, takes no responsibility for any of there wrong doings. Will give you nothing but misleading or false information just to make a sale. They don’t have the customer best interest at all. Don’t fall for the promotions like I did, because they really are too good to be true. I’m stuck with a tablet I didn’t even want originally and $20 service fee after I was told by the sales rep it was free of charge and no monthly fee when I switched over to t mobile. I went back to the store to have this correct and was told it made no different to bill by the manager after there is clear as day a $20 service fee added to my bill for the tablet. I have the magnet military plan for one line it is $75 a month or $70 with autopay and with $20 service fee for the tablet it makes about $95. The manger told me I am not paying the $20 fee and the bill would be about $95 either way, that sales rep is very good at his job and gave me the best deal, there was no cheaper plan for me available. Which was a lie, there was a better option I just wasn’t given that. You can go on the t mobile website and see the highest magenta military plan is only $85 and the one below that is $75. I even spoke to customer care after I left the store for second time that day just to confirm I wasn’t misunderstanding my bill and they confirmed my bill would only $75 or $70 with autopay without $20 added service for the tablet and I was correct. I spoke with them before I went into the store and they encouraged me to go in person to see to speak with the manager and see what could be done on there end which was a complete waste of time. I wish I never switched over to t mobile and stay with my previously phone company and phone plan. It is shame that they allow employees to operate like that and finagle and deceive customers like that just to...
Read moreI don't usually do this but maybe it'll help speed up the process a little bit. I switched over to T-Mobile and I must say there customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like I've been lied to for almost a month now. I made a return to the store. I was told I would get a check within 30 days. I've checked with customer service numerous times. And I keep getting told I'm not going to get a check because I paid cash I should be getting cash back. I asked the store and they said no your getting a check. I called customer service again they said no as per T-Mobiles policy you will have to go to the store to get cash. So hopefully this will help resolve my issue and I can update my review. I will also be posting pictures of messages from customer support... Update on Aug 9 2025 went into store today Devin had me call customer support they told him that his store has to process the refund and now I'm told I had to wait for a manger to come in after T-Mobile told him that it's way past the timeline. So I'm still waiting for my refund now. I don't understand why I can't get cash back when I paid cash... update there response should say why you should go to a corporate store and not a...
