Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

Ordered through the drive through… she forgot my fries so I paid 3 something for a medium fry when I got to the window. The person who took my order and handed it to me was nice enough so this review is not about her. I open the bag after I leave and of course she gave me a tiny fry container half full with not even warm but straight up cold fries. Onion rings were cold as well. Sandwiches all very sloppy, slightly warm and they also stuff everything in the tiniest bag it will fit in. Also you can tell they are not great about caring to change their oil. All the fried food tastes off and not very good because of it. Not the first time I’ve received food like this from them it seems to be every time. Def check your bag before you leave, do not trust them to get your order right. These emoloyees clearly don’t care what they’re serving...

Started off great, I should've checked the order although everything else was right AND HOT, except the missing nuggets...I heard it from hell to high waters about these nuggets that were for a child🤣, all jokes aside...you close the dining room making the drive thru the only accessible way to retrieve food, I get it your short, but hence u actually aren't since you don't need the front register and dinningroom covered by staff...so with that statement orders should be correct and communication/listening skills should've been on point since you went from short to managable.DO BETTER especially if there's an inconvenience to customers...FYI people order inside and take to "make" sure their order is right. please stop taking the phone off the hook it's a...

This review is for the specific worker that just made my bacon cheeseburger. They loaded it up with bacon, ketchup and mustard without me asking. Usually there's only enough ketchup and mustard to just have a taste of it and that's not enough for my liking. To rate the actual restaurant itself is difficult bc I'm usually waitin a long time weither it's my personal order or a pickup for DD/UE. I've been told it's bc of short staff but how can you be short staffed for well over a year now, whichever. Thank you to that person today, although they aren't going to know im referring to them. Making this review specifically just for my own pleasure lol. *The picture I added is of my empty wrapper bc that's how good the burger was....
