HORRIBLE, THIEF, NEVER AGAIN

I wanted to change the battery of my iPhone, they asked me for twice what the apple store is charging. When I told them they finally accepted to charge me for the same price than the apple store. two month later, my phone started to have occasional weird reboot , they became more and more frequent and then the screen of my iPhone start "popping out" of the phone. I thought it was broken and decided to change it by myself, this is when I open the phone that I realized that they had put a cheap battery and not an original one and that the battery was inflating (which was causing the screen to pop out and all my reboot issues). Of course I went back to absolute wireless concepts to ask for a replacement, and they refused so I had to buy a new battery online and change it by myself. In conclusion: NEVER, NEVER trust them or buy anything from this store, do not give your phone to repair, they would change the original pieces by poor...

Yesterday I bought a new phone for my wife. I started looking for the basic models and narrowed down my options. Once I decided which model to buy, I started looking out for the best deal. I visited few stores in and around my areas. I was very impressed with the way the Wireless Concepts is setup. The Place ia very nice and pleasing. The staff is vry courteous and answered the queries well and demonstrated good understanding about the product. The rates at this store is definitely lower than the other stores, After the billing the staff opened a sealed pack and showed all the accessories and explained the basic functionality of the phone. The store also has a service center and all other accessories available at better price. Our experience at "Wireless Concepts" was enjoyable and i'll highly recommend this store...

Wow I am impressed they these people work there were 4 people waiting to get help and there were 2 people behind the counter helping every one they acknowledged me and said hello and asked me wait will be right with me. I explained that I have a broken phone and I was catching a flight at 4 pm today with family vacation .
