This afternoon, (July 8, 2020 at about 2pm) I asked to have a sweatshirt I had bought less than a week prior, exchanged. I politely waited my turn in line and was first “welcomed” with a sarcastically spoken “Can I help you?” due to my distance from other customers during this global pandemic. I asked the lady if I could exchange my sweatshirt and she replied with “What’s wrong with it?”, and I told her that the border I was told was “off-white” appeared yellow and not as I was told it would look like. She answered with both “That is off-white”, which it obviously is not, and “Well you could have seen it on the wall”. I, a 14 year old, was disgusted with the lack of customer service, and walked away on the verge of tears as a result of the treatment by this employee. My extended family and I will never be shopping here again, and I hope my encounter can save others from...

Check your clothes thoroughly before you buy. The employees were kind and helpful when we bought our sweatshirts. They patiently helped us pick out decals, and we never felt rushed. However, while my wife’s shirt turned out great, I tried mine on later and realized the neck was stretched out way too much. It was as if someone had tried to pull it in half and given up. So the next day we went back to see if we could exchange it. We were told they can’t do exchanges or refunds on “custom” shirts. It’s not like it had my name embroidered on it or anything. It was just a stock decal on a shirt. So pluses, they have the best prices for tourist shirts and the employees are great for the most part. On the other side, their return/exchange policy is a joke and I’m stuck with a junk sweatshirt that looks ridiculous on me. ...

We were looking forward to a trip back here all vacation and the employee working the heat press had an absolutely awful personality and ruined the experience for our family and it seemed like other families around as well by the way she was speaking to customers. Unfortunately, our visit today will have a lasting impression on us and we will skip it in the future. After paying and leaving, we continued walking and noticed another family that had checked out before us and they were visibly upset still by their experience as well.
