My husband and I are on our one year wedding anniversary and decided to travel up north for a week. We went into this store after seeing lots of items in the window we loved. We went in and they have a lot of cozy sweaters, sweats and blankets that are so cool! I have also never seen so many options for crocs. Boots, furry slip ons, and even flats. The lady working was so helpful and we talked for a while about the town and about back home. Of course wear a mask when going into not only this store, but anywhere downtown. You will be expected to wear one when you go into a store, that should be expected by now. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone...

Have been in this store multiple times and am reminded each time why I never buy there. One particular lady is incredibly rude. She has been rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions so, it’s not like she was just having a bad day unless everyday is bad. She is always complaining to other employees about the customers and if you ask a question it is met with a rude and demeaning tone. I will never give this store my money and warn anyone visiting to beware. Customer service is obviously not important in this shop! My daughter and I walked in yesterday to buy a pair of crocs. I found the pair I wanted but they didn’t have them in my size. I was about to ask them if they had any pairs in the back but the lady at the counter said “bye” to us and started instantly talking negatively about a black woman who just left to her coworkers or friends who were sitting in front of the counter. I was so upset about the blatant disrespect and racism. I can’t believe they would talk like that in general, and also in front of my child. I will never step foot in this store again.
