Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

I was a new customer a few weeks ago. The cashier that had helped me was extremely polite and so much fun to talk to she explained the whole menu to me and was extremely helpful. I go at least once a week now and always invite friends and family. I always usually end up with the same cashier and honestly I wouldn't want a different one. As far as I know her name is Brianna and she takes her job seriously and always makes sure her customers are taken care of. I have been extremely impressed with how enthusiastic she is when she takes orders or is cleaning. You can tell sometimes it's been a rough day but when she waits on a customer she always has a smile. When I walked into Five Guys, I was met with 3 things. Magazine and newspaper articles about the glorious art that is their burgers, boxes full of complimentary peanuts, and the staff working like a well-oiled machine.

Yes, the prices have gone up slightly, but if you think I wouldn't pay 10 bucks for a bacon cheeseburger from Five Guys and absolutely drown in an entire bag of fries for just a bit extra, you clearly haven't had the full Five Guys experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had picking up food. A large order placed to go, made the milkshakes ten minutes before they finished the order, and then proceeded to finish every order that came in after ours. People walked in and out of the restaurant while I waited. The had finished all sandwiches and also let those sit for at least fifteen minutes before deciding to give us our fries, and instead kept making fries and giving them to orders that were there significantly after this one had been placed. The only person who was a good worker there was the woman at the register, and she’s the reason this got two stars instead of one. Long story short, don’t place large to go orders for your office.
