I swear only one manager at this store has had any customer service training. I've had many issues with ordering at this restaurant and most of it had to do with missing items or poor quality food.
This most recent time I ordered for delivery and was missing 2 out of the 3 things I ordered, not the store's fault entirely of course, but because of that I called to ask anyone in the store if they could see if the items were still at the store. I just wanted to go and pick it up myself at this point because I knew trying to reach out through their app for a delivery was pointless after a prior missing item issue I had before. The person who answered the phone just told me my food was long gone so I asked again if they could just verify for me that my food was completely gone because then I could try and go through other means to figure out what to do for a refund. It then sounded like the phone was left on the counter top and I heard the person who answered the phone ask someone else how they were supposed to do that. I was then put on hold and hung up on.
I don't think I was asking for too much in this situation and honestly I am so tired of the poor service here that it's just not even worth going back. I really enjoyed the food and service from this place when it first opened but the lack of care for customer experience or delivery pick up is...
