I just have to say that as a customer and a retail manager myself, I am highly disappointed at our local home goods store. My husband and I walked in this morning and there were 3 managers at the entrance that we passed, you think one of them would acknowledge us and say good morning, no... than we proceed to walk in passing multiple employees who literally didn't even bother making eye contact with anyone or saying anything. God forbid I needed assistance, how do you ask for help when no manager or employee is approachable? Anyhow, that literally bothered me to the point that I went elsewhere.
