The staff needs to be trained more apparently. My fiance purschased a drone at target in binghamton and the next day we went to return it. The drone was never opened he just found a better one. Well the kid working customer service was ringing up the wrong part of the receipt. He kept ringing it up where it says gift receipt at the bottom not the top barcode. He tried telling me we could only get a gift card. I argued with him that it made no sense because our receipt clearly showed we paid cash. Well then a manager walks up she didnt have a name tag she had dark brown hair and no customer service skills and she tries to sat that "its fraud prevention and that also the system needs time to process the purchase because we only got it the day before". She also tried saying because we got it at a different target that we could only return it to the original target we purchased it from if we wanted cash. Everytime I told her what she was saying didnt make sense she came up with something new. I got mad and walked away. Well I'm looking at the receipt as I'm walking away and that's when I noticed he must have been ringing up the gift part of the receipt. So I walk back and their both standing talking about me and heard her say "I hate b**s like that" I said excuse me and her jaw dropped I showed her the receipt and how they were ringing up the wrong bar code. She takes the receipt doesnt say anything to me. The kid admitted to ringing up the bottom bar code to the manager. Read moreI took my disabled father, who is in a wheelchair out for the day to get new pots and pans. We parked at the opposite end of the mall from Target because we wanted to look at all of the large retail stores before making a decision. We found the ones he liked at Target and bought them along with a toaster and a coffee maker. We paid for the items and asked if we could leave them to go get the car because obviously dad is in a wheelchair and I explaned that our vehicle is at the opposite end of the mall. They told us no! This is a mall, meaning consumers might not park next to the store they purchase items from and since dad is disabled we needed special assistance. Nope! I asked the "customer service" rep for a manager to plead my case and without hesitation she stated that store policy blah blah blah. She said we were more than welcome to leave our items in the cart and go get our car but she nor the store were responsible/liable if the items were taken while we were gone. They also stated that we were not able to take their cart into the mall either. I asked if we could simply place the items on the empty shelves behind the counter. Nope! Her name was Jen, "acting store manager", although that is what she told me, she was not wearing a name tag. While I understand policies, their reluctance and outright refusal to help a disabled person speaks volumes about their store. I will be complaining to corporate and maybe this wont happen to...
Read moreI would just like to start off by saying I am not one to leave a nasty review. Shopped for groceries today and this is the THIRD time I’ve bought something that was expired or bad!! I should have checked the date myself, but how are they allowed to keep these things on the shelf?! I’ve purchased the good and gather lunchables and when I opened it, there was mold all over the ham. Another time I was given bad cucumbers. As soon as I opened the bag after a pick up, they were soft and squishy, clearly rotten. Then today I grabbed a package of turkey hotdogs to get home and open the bag to see the expiration date was November 24, 2022. Mind you today is December 8 and they were still on the shelves!! I am disgusted that it’s not even checked!!! when I called to let them know, they let me know if I brought the product back, they would refund me. Why would anyone hold onto a bad/moldy product just to bring it back in a different day. That’s disgusting. Should just be refunded, ESPECIALLY since it’s the THIRD time it’s happened to just me!
