Big gas dispensary — Local services in Town of New Paltz

ATTENTION the big gas dispensary is without a doubt the single best dispensary I have ever visited. The menu is large and has everything one would need. The prices are outstanding and more than fair and the quality is phenomenal. The Single best part of the dispensary is their customer service. They have some of the most friendly knowledgeable and top-notch people working within that company. The owners are two people that u just want to see make it. They are great people. The have one of the single greatest rewards programs that I have ever participated in. I just went and picked up approximately 220 dollars worth of product for a single dollar and I only used 2900 points. I still have over 1200 left. I am a seasoned cannabis user, I have visited all sorts of dispensaries from Great Barrington to ones in Maine and with everything taken into account, I am so lucky to have big gas as my home dispensary. If you know what’s what in terms of stain genetics and potency, navigating through the menu is no problem. Another point I have to include is how down right honest these people are, it’s like a breath of fresh air having people so willing to help you. They take all of the taboo stigma that may hold someone back from asking a question and they throw it out the door. I feel so comfortable talking to them, it’s almost feels like a patient doctor type of relationship. I have asked them questions about which stain is best for sex in general, sexual performance and stamina, to questions about which stain is best for pain. That alone make big gas extremely special. The very last thing I want to high light the prices, they have flower from 28 a slice to approximately 50 a slice being the top end. You can find fire examples in both prices ranges, again have to know. Carts they have them from 30 to 100 for a gram. Lower end prices can be harsh, but u can get fire...

Just a heads up- if you place an online pickup order and select to “pay in person” with cash they don’t actually put your order aside. So unless you use Aeropay at the time of placing your pickup order you are NOT guaranteed that they will put the product aside for you. I guess we were lucky for our first pickup order, but today they explained to my partner that they don’t put cash pickup orders aside because “what happens if they don’t come get it?”

Other dispensaries put aside your order and if you don’t pick it up on that business day or the date you have specified they put the inventory back. Other dispensaries call you if they’ve sold out of an item in your pickup order before they could pack it because they understand that most people take out exactly the pickup order total given online in cash and don’t have cash on hand to pay $120 for 14g of flower when the one ordered was $85 for 14g because they don’t put orders it aside.

I guess they decided to be different from every other recreational dispensary we’ve visited across the country and world.

Also what the heck is the point of sending me a confirmation text that my pickup order is ready if you haven’t actually packed it?

They won't let you place a preorder without uploading a photo of your driver's license. They insist this is required, but I have never had to do it at any other New York, Massachusetts, California, Ohio, Michigan, or Vermont dispensary. Seems redundant since I have to show the ID to walk into the place and then again before paying for my order. Pretty invasive of my privacy and their website does not disclose any advanced encryption on their part to ensure that your information is not available to 3rd parties. If you place a preorder and upload your ID on their website, you are being highly irresponsible.

Every single time I have purchased flower here is has been dry, bad tasting and completely devoid of terpenes.
