Second Nature Refillery — Local services in Town of New Paltz

Better and better every time I go! No longer am I forced to create waste with every item I buy... and they're not overpriced which is usually my issue with these places. They're always figuring out more and more fun things to have in there. We've been refilling everything here: maple syrup, the fantastic olive oil, laundry detergent, beans and dried fruits, and I'll be heading over right now for a big ole hunk of tofu (they can run out so I'm going that that they've gotten a new delivery).

My boyfriend bought the expensive deodorant... which is the most functional stuff I've ever experienced. It's awesome. Oh, and they have sanitized glass jars for your use if you didn't bring enough... and then you can bring them right back!

Seems like a great alternative to a lot of the other grocery / foods stores in new paltz. You can bring your own jars, and fill em up with whatever you need! A BUNCH of options, pretty great! The staff is super friendly, and there are so many sustainable options. There were things from toothpaste to toilet paper, or from shampoo to free jars. Great place, and I recommend checking out. Not too pricey, and although I am not sure of the quality of everything, this store seems too good to be true! Looking forward to being a returning customer.
