The store curates a truly fun and unique assortment of gift items. As a local resident, I had been planning to do much of my holiday shopping there. Sadly, the owner responded unprofessionally when a (very expensive) item was sold to me damaged. She threw the situation back into my lap, when it would have taken so little to correct it and do right by a customer. That type of attitude does not help the whole “shop local” movement. This is one of my favorite stores of all time! I’ve never been in a place where I can find gifts for all those hard-to-buy-for people on my list (as well as myself) so many unique items and the staff is really helpful- I had a few weird questions and both staff members there were able to answer them and very okay with helping me out even though they were SWAMPED.
